We will ship all available items on your order. If a certain item or items are not available to ship immediately, we will ship your order as is and automatically cancel the item or items that are not available to ship immediately. You will only be charged for the items that have been shipped to you. However, we do keep an eye on those ancelled items and when they are available to ship, our sales representatives will get in touch with you. Please inspect your merchandise as soon as you receive it. We must be notified of any problems or defects within five days of receiving the merchandise. Should you have any problems with the merchandise, please contact our customer service department at (866) 507-2537 x 136. Please have your invoice ready when you call. Our customer service department will then issue you a Return Authorization Number (RA#) depending upon the condition of the return. All returns must be accompanied with an RA#. Should your merchandise be deemed resalable and in good condition, the return will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

(Please use a padded envelope or box if original shipping materials are not reusable.
